Michael Hannan is a renegade thinker and practitioner of innovative techniques to help organizations pursue dramatically higher levels of project portfolio performance. He is the Founder & Principal Consultant at Fortezza Consulting, a best-selling author, professional speaker, and adjunct professor on portfolio management topics. He also co-founded and serves on the board of the non-profit Project Management for Change, originator of the Project Management Day of Service. On the personal side, Mike is a happily married father of three young adults, a record-setting track athlete, and just recently became a Utahn after 52 years living on the east coast!
