January Lunch & Learn

"Improving Projects, Products, and Services by combining Agile and Lean to achieve Operational Excellence."

"Are you delivering the most valuable outcomes for your most important customers? How do you know?  How much effort is wasted during product development and implementation? How much time and money is that costing you? How would you know? How can you minimize rework and scrap caused by miscommunication and mistakes made along the way?

Every organization everywhere is pursuing Operational Excellence, although they may not have the vocabulary for it.  Join us for a decomposition of the overarching concepts that define Operational Excellence and the enabling techniques to achieve it within your environment."
